How will Zoom meetingS work?
Upon booking through Calendly, you will receive an email from us requesting information about your site, your project, and any questions you may have.
We will carry out desktop studies. We will systematically address each of your inquiries, ensuring that we also tackle any follow-up questions.
The typical agenda includes about five minutes clarifying we understand the situation correctly, three-quarters of an hour for Q&A, and the final five minutes to discuss any next steps.

Who is Tony?
That's me π
I'm a registered architect in Victoria and Tasmania, and I founded Refreshing Homes in 2016. I've developed three projects in the Heidelberg Height and Heidelberg West suburbs with LLL Development as of 2021, and continue to work on more. We also collaborate with other professionals, such as the Newquay Group, which specializes in providing immigration services, leveraging our expertise for immigrants interested in the property business.
Why did I create Refreshing Homes?
I launched Refreshing Homes Pty Ltd while serving as a project manager with Port Phillip City Council. One of the topics we discussed amongst the colleagues was the occurrence of construction halts and non-compliances in constructions.
I believed I could be part of the solution, and that's how I got started.
