Catherine Parade is a clear demonstration of our design capability. Despite a tight site and a large existing home, we leveraged the permeable paving requirements for tree growth as an opportunity to improve traffic safety and satisfy every Council concern. The outcome was a smooth approval for a brand-new four-bedroom dwelling at the rear, with minimal alterations to the existing house—delivering an efficient project and a strong financial return.
